Hi name is Stephanie and I have been in the cleaning industry for the last 9 years. I have had my own private cleaning buisness running for the last 2 years. I take great pride in my work and often take the initiative to do a few little extras that im sure you will notice. I have many existing clients whom I am sure would be happy to give great feedback. You would be more than welcome to call them if needed. I have experience in all areas of cleaning and hold a cert 3 in asset maintenance. I work alone from 8am to 5:30 pm Mon - Fri. I can also do vacant house cleans on weekends.

  • Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

    As a very clean and tidy person myself I strive to make you home become just that. I am honest in every aspect in my work and I will talk with you during your free quote to make sure that all your needs are meet. I have many existing clients that are very satisfied with work and wouldnt have it any other way. Many people these day who already have cleaners are often dissatisfied and would agree that there is room for improvement. When I first start a job I give my clients a "communication" book that is used for us to communicate back and forth any messages. ie. dates of next clean, any extra cleaning that was done, or compliments. I believe this is a sure way to help keep my customers satisfied. I always encourage clients to give feedback of anykind. I provide my basic equipment which includes, chemicals, mop, bucket, vacuume cleaner and cleaning cloths. No cloth is ever used in more than one house with out prior washing. I you would like furniture polish or certain chemicals used then you will need to provide them yourself or alternativly I am happy to use all of your own supplies for the job. I have a very keen eye for attention to detail so if you are fussy thats noproblem at all. If given the chance Im positive there will be no disapointment at all. Kind regards S. Krieg
