I have been renovating homes on and off since 199. This includes repairs, tiling, painting, garden clean ups and much more.
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
I have a very wide range of skills and experience and will be the first to put up my hand if I have no skill at the job requested.

Yes I am an insured business and I will guarantee my work (obvious there are exclusions and I would discuss these with you as the job is progressing). I like to ensure a client is happy with my work before I wrap up a job.
What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?
What is the scope of work to be done, are there likely to be any hidden surprises and are they flexible with the work they do. Often as a job progresses often a better way can become apparent.
What do you like most about your job?
I love the variety of the work, meeting and dealing with nice people and seeing the satisfaction on my customers faces when a job is completed.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I was asked by a real estate agent to consider being a handyman as there was always a shortage in getting good reliable people. I thought - well I have just completed an 8 month renovation project and gained a lot of satisfaction form it - why not give it a go.
Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?
I am not offering special offers at this stage - just good prompt service and friendly service. I want to come back to do more jobs for my clients.
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
I have a long career in sales and management and all customers are gold - they are a precious commodity and need to be looked after.
What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
When can you come to do the job. Do I need to do anything before you arrive - often the answer is no. How long will it take.
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
Not at this stage but if a good one comes to hand I am happy to share this experience - maybe the answer should be that all customers are a favourite story.
