TRADE HIRE DESCRIPTION:  Handyman:  MINIMUM HOURS: 2 RATES/HOUR: $59.00  MINIMUM PAYMENT: $194.70  Certified Tradesman:  MINIMUM HOURS: 2  RATES/HOUR: $78.00	   MINIMUM PAYMENT: $257.40  Builder/Supervisor:	 MINIMUM HOURS: 2     RATES/HOUR: $82.00  MINIMUM PAYMENT: $270.60  Emergency:  MINIMUM HOURS: 3     RATES/HOUR: $138.00 MINIMUM PAYMENT: $607.20  MINIMUM PAYMENT as set out above includes a service call out fee and two hours of labour only for one of the following Services: Handyman, Certified Tradesman, Builder/Supervisor or Emergency Service, additional hours charged at current advertised rates at 15min increments.Standard call out fee + minimum two hour charge applies to all services offered and if the two hour period or part of the two hour period is not used at initial confirmed booking date no refund or rescheduling of this service applies to further booking times.  Materials, Equipment Hire, Parking Fees & Associated Costs incur a 20% surcharge Normal Trading Hours of  Labour Services are from 7am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday any other time frame refers to Emergency or after Hours Service.
