I have always wanted to work for myself and run a business. I absolutely love my trade and with that I pursued to make the business I wanted, where I love doing what I do and dealing with the client

I have many customer storeys, but when I first started out working for myself my client was so happy with me, once he payed me for my completed job, he invited me around for a party on his newly finished timber deck for beers and pizza, it made my day knowing he was happy with what he wanted. :)

I love the satisfactory of the completed job, and making my clients happy with the end result knowing I have given my best.

I believe they should always ask the builders background in the industry. they should always ask for what they want in regards to fixtures and finishes. They can always ask questions if there not sure of something and ill go out of my way to help answer your questions.

The first question my clients usually ask me is how much would this cost. I usually give a rough estimate, but don't guarantee that price, where I like to go back and workout a thorough quote and firm price.

Zounis Constructions normally charges via bank deposit.  The process includes,  Quoting stage where we price up the specific job. once all contracts are signed, we ask for a deposit before we begin the job. once job is complete full payment can be made.
