Job Description: Modern home 2 levels. A family of 5 lives here currently, adults only. No dogs or cats. We will finish our home improvement project in mid-December so the place has more dust on all surfaces than usually. I have 2 new vacuum cleaners (Dyson and Miele), step ladders and everything else one might need for the job. Happy to accept all additional, justified charges which were not forseen in the original quote. We will also be looking for a long term cleaning service hire, but not ready to commit before we see more.
