Master bedroom is downstairs with an ensuite bathtub and shower. The main bulk area downstairs has wooden floors requires a vaccuum and mopping. Kitchen area would need some wiping down (cupboards included). Upstairs is 3 smaller rooms and 2 bathrooms. In terms of furniture, the rooms will be mostly unfurnished. Living area will have 2 couches and a dining table and chairs. Master bedroom will have a bed and desk with all other items packed. One upstairs bedroom will be completely unfurnished with the other 2 only having a bed.
