  This guy is a con artist. Am in the process of trying to get my money back which I won’t stop, doesn’t matter how long it takes. He got to my place and decided the job was bigger than he anticipated, so we negotiated a different price. He asked for deposit which I sent promptly. After a while he sends me a msg saying he won’t do the job and will return my deposit MINUS $100 CALL-OUT FEE!!!!! He clearly asked for the deposit knowing he wasn’t going to do the job, then helps himself to a call out fee, something he never mentioned prior This are the people who make you not trust anyone on such sites…this is very UNPROFESSIONAL I’ll make sure I get my money back on this one

  Hi Charles, the reason I walked out from this job is you lied to me regarding the condition of your house, you negotiated to $400 for an End of Lease Clean for a 4Bed 2Bath which you said you lived in for a year then you accidentally told me you lived for 4 years and conveniently forgot to mention the whole place is Carpeted, shower tiles were mouldy, oven and cooktop had not been cleaned for years. When asked you couldn’t even remember when were they last cleaned. Most walls needed washing from corner to corner. The whole Kitchen was in a very very bad state. This would have taken the two of us over 10 hours to finish. We dont charge call out fee for quotes. We are happy to give free quotes. But this was not an on-site quote. And regarding the Deposit, we take some deposit before we start the job if the customers are not available when we are there just to cover ourself and such was your case and after inspecting I called you and when there was no response I messaged you regarding the condition of your place and I denied to do the job asked for your bank details to refund the deposit. I took photos of the place before leaving so I can send those to you if you need to revisit what you told us vs the condition of the place. You tried to trick us (“con us”) and make us work for nothing and yes we did charge a call out fee of $100 for our time, for being mislead, for wasting half our day over a job that couldn’t be done and losing out on other potential job that we could have finished and gotten full payment for. Overall it was a total loss of time and money for us because we could have worked for other genuine customers. Now I need to work over the weekend to cover up for this loss as we have weekly targets on which my household depends.
