A hard working and honest agent When my wife and I made the decision to sell the home that we built from the ground up, it was a difficult time. We didn't really want to move, but unfortunately circumstances forced our hand. A called was made to Cairns Property Office, just to enquire about a market appraisal and what they could offer us. Enter Dean Grey, and from the moment he walked through our front door, we knew he was the right person to sell the home that we loved so much. Along with a positive attitude that day, he was armed with a swag of information, covering everything from a market analysis, to the large range of marketing tool that we could utilise through out the sale. As the process continued, Dean impress us every step of the way, with things like the quirky little scenes in his property videos (which are very eye catching, but sometimes a little embarrassing for him :-) ), to his constant and persistent phone calls to potential buyers, often outside of office hours, making sure he left no stone unturned. Dean was always straight down the middle with us, giving honest advice when asked, and providing us with the feeling that he was always working to get the us the best price he could, and wasn't just out to make an easy sale. At times the process was frustrating, as we had multiple occasions where people wanted to make offers, then disappeared when it came time to put pen to paper. Dean didn't let this deter him, and he stayed positive and focused about his task of selling our home, which ended up going under contract in less than a month on the market.
