We got in contact with Brendan after working hours, via the message link on his webpage. He got in contact with us that evening via email, and rang me at 0830 the following morning to arrange an inspection of our roof, to investigate a leak that has caused some internal water damage. This inspection was carried out this afternoon, at the time we were given. Brendan provided some excellent advice, both in regards to the suspected leak point, and in dealing with the Insurance assessors etc before doing any roof work. Not only has Brendan recommended obtaining a second opinion, as no work was performed today, and Brendan was in the area, I was not charged for today's consultation.
