Location: Riverstone, NSWJob Description: Alfresco area. Current Alfresco is approx 20 square metres (5.4m x 3.6m). We are in the process of extending the slab to add an additional 23 square metres, so total will be close to 45 squares. Current alfresco is tiled and step down from brick edge at house sliding door is 25mm at min point with a slight gradual decline away to left fence line (ie step down gap slightly increases). Refer attached photo. Current tiling is porcelain and will look to tile over with new tiles and extend tiling over onto new additional slab area for consistency. Current tiled area is still relatively new and flat (no gaps, cracks, issues in level). New tiles currently being sourced but will be a porcelain timber look tile approx 230 x 1200 (about 10mm thick). Attached is a rough guide of layout of area with current alfresco area and red highlight being the extension. Left side will go up against the boundary fence line, rear and right side will end next to garden and grass area so will need to also tile side edge of slab there. Targetig job for mid/end Feb 23.
