On the positive side Tulio was polite and professional, and aimed to complete the job making sure we were satisfied. The windows were cleaned satisfactorily. There were some doors that he had forgotten to do but upon asking he cleaned these immediately. Where we thought some improvement was needed was making sure to come when arranged as the initial quote appt. was forgotten and we needed to call again to re book. Upon checking the windows after the job was completed there were still visible marks on some of the windows and a few scratches on the glass. We re cleaned some of the windows. Overall we would hire Tulio again but would make sure to let him know to remove all marks thoroughly for a spotless finish without scratching. Met Adam by chance, as I was walking my son to Kinder, I saw him cleaning windows at another house and I approached him and asked for a quote. I am so glad i did. Adam was very courteous and gave me an honest assessment of my windows for my 2 storey home. The windows had not been cleaned for a few years and I found the quote for initial clean was very reasonable. When Adam cleaned my windows, I was home and I saw the time and effort (0ver 5 hrs) that he put in to have my windows sparkling and found great value for the money spent. Adam's attention to detail was amazing and my windows and flyscreens have never looked cleaner. The ultimate positive feedback was when my wife came home and was absolutely delighted with the windows.
