One customer required a large yard tidy which involved pruning, planting, installing garden edging, applying mulch, driveway toppings, etc.  He accepted the quote even though we were more expensive than some of the other quotes he knew we had good history behind us.  After the work was completed he saw it was good value as we did extra work that was requested and left the property ready for sale.  Another customer was quoted $450 K for the property but after we had been through to do a yard tidy she was quoted and also sold at over $530 K

We want to grow our business and show customers that there are good trades people out there. AAA looks after many holiday homes. while the guys are there mowing etc they check the property and let the customers know if there are any problems.

Make sure there is good access, if it is mowing, have the area cleared of stones, dog bones,toys, rubbish etc and let the contractor know if there are any exposed water pipes etc.
