Upon completion of our work we supply the client with a copy of the approved plans, council final inspection certificates and certifier  forms to state that the work has been completed in accordance with the relevant authorities.

PLANNING: At Active Built we believe a job well planned is a job half done.  In most cases this involves the customer as well as our team. PLANNING:  Ensure your requirements and ideas are clearly stated either verbally or on paper to ensure we have the same idea as you do.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Active Built will upon request send out a consultant who will assess the work required and find out the clients needs and requirements.  An estimate, proposal and tentative job schedule will then be presented to the prospective client out laying how Active Built can full fill the clients requirements.  Depending on the project Active built is happy to  work on a do and charge basis or on a fixed price contract.
