  John put up a new fence for me. By the end, the job looked great and none of the plants (in close proximity) were damaged. John worked hard and tried his best and completed the job early.

  John came out to help me out in an emergency when part of my fence blew down on a windy day. He helped me make the place secure, then came back later to repair the fence. He had the tools and the expertise, and took into account what I needed when designing the right solution. He came when he said he would and worked hard when he was here. He was thoughtful about what he did, and talked me through what would happen, and what the result would be. No complaints.

  Hired All Types Landscaping and Gardening on 19 Sept 2022 to do some landscaping, lay Softfall around play equipment , fencing and paving. At this date 4 May 2023 (7 1/2 months later) the work still has not been completed! We have paid $40,000 so far but some of the work is substandard - warped decking, decking too high and won't allow a door to open over it, fencing levels at various up and down heights along its length , mismatched paver colours, edges not completed and promised work just not done - we have a list of issues. No amount of pleading, requesting, polite communication has made any difference and he effectively terminated our contract simply by refusing to complete what he had promised on numerous occasions to do. We are now having to engage other contractors to complete the work and correct big issues with fencing and decking. We offered to discuss if there were any personal issues or difficulties for him but to no avail. Very dissatisfied customer. Would not recommend for quality work.

  Our company always do there best, our contractors are always available if there's been any issues. Wayne made his choice too terminate the contract we always said that if there is anything, a problem we can work it out . Eco deck sometime have warps in them but can be repaired. But anyway any problems we always put our hand up and work out the best way around it. Things do take time it's normal because contractors have there work tied up at times on other Jobs , it's just a common thing at times. Over all we never ever wanted too leave work unfinished Wayne made the Choice, and I was always at the understanding that we would make sure that we could finish it off . Our Contractors even would be there to satisfy themselves that the work is completed. We still available now we don't let anyone down we do our very best . But unfortunately you can't please everyone even if you try your best. But I say it again we always here for any problems that we can help with .
