  We are not people to complain and the waiting for 9 months for our laundry to be finished by Bartolo's Custom Cabinets is a very good example of this. Unfortunately we would have to say Bartolo's Custom Cabinets let us down terribly. Bartolo's has terrible organisation skills mucking us around for 9 months, we originally choose Bartolo's because they told us they would have the whole project finished before January 2016. Having waited now 9 months for our project to be finished it's obvious that Bartolo's has no intention of ever coming back and finishing the project. We have texted our contact there regularly, tried to call him, he just rejects any calls and the finishing off is just so simple, the kick board under the washing machine has just been left as chipboard, the section from the top off the cupboards to the ceiling just being left as chipboard, they had the board and all they needed to do was cut it to into strips and slip them in, since they couldn't achieve it, I offered to put them in myself all they needed to do was cut them, did this ever happen, no of course not, they just broke their promises time after time, regularly promising us that they had the parts and were going to deliver them asap, it never happened, untrustworthy. I trust no one else has to go through this with Bartolo’s, if your silly enough to use them, don't pay them a cent till the project is completely finished because they will take your money and never been seen again.

  Sorry you feel this way jack But as i told you the baulkheads were provided in chipboard only and to be plastered at your expence as your laundry was done in vinyl wrap and if you ask any cabinet maker vinyl board can not be cut as when you cut it the vinyl peels and you cant stick cornese to vinyl I told you from the beginning of the job to plaster the baulkheads as it finnishes the job of nicely and looks complete I did not take your money and run so please dont think like that Cheers jack

  Simon from Bartolo's Custom Cabinets was punctual, professional, polite and friendly. He SMS'd the day before confirming our appointment, he called when he was 30 mins away, he listened to our request and provided excellent suggestions, and he provided us with our quote that evening! In a world where everything can be done - and is encourgaed to be done - online, Simon's customer service and follow up is what we remember tradesmen to be. We haven't made a decision yet (only because nearly 3 weeks later we are still awaiting quotes from the other cabinet maker) but I have and will continue to recommend Bartolo Custom Cabinets.
