We had Ben installed a brand new five star Brivis gas heater recently. The heater went faulty three times within 3 weeks of the installation. It has been 2 months since the problem occurred. Regardless of numerous contacts from us, the issues is still not rectified. It seems he is not sure what the cause to the problem is. Now he tells me he has 'many more priority jobs' so we don't know how much longer we will have to wait. Why do we have to keep chasing him for fixing a job that he did 3 months ago and feel bad about it? Very frustrated.Phillip
