Berms Cleaning did not show up for the booking. I sent a text message an hour after the booked time and they apologised for forgetting and booked in for the next afternoon. Next day they did not show up again and when I sent a text to see if they were still coming they read the message but did not reply at all. Very poor communication and unreliable.Michelle P
