yes we are a fully insured company and all our work comes with a fully guarantee on tradesmen/tradeswomen and if we supply parts we offer a guarantee on the parts from the suppliers as we only use quality products.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

my father is a builder and has been for a long time now, so you can say i grow up in to this line of work. i used to go to sites on weekends with my father helping out where i can, and enjoyed from there on.

i do have a favorite story, i attended an old couple's house they had been hearing water running on the side of there house for a couple of hours. the women calls us to have a look when we arrived i noticed the the relief valve was open on the hot water unit so i walked up and closed it before knocking, when i knocked the women answered and said the noise has gone, so i showed her where it was coming from and she was so happy.

What do you like most about your job?

i enjoy the look on the clients face when i have completed there job and they look so happy to have it back to new and in working order. that way the client will always know that you are providing them with the best service.

the most common question asked by a customer is are you guys all related? and we always answer YES. we arnt just a team we are a family and that is why we can insure the job will be done right the first time.

we never give a time or date that we cant make it to the job. we are backed by many trades. most importantly we never take on more then we can handle. its like driving on a long trip with no spare tire in the boot. you wouldn't do it.
