I had hired this company to build a pergola for me. I paid the deposit in advance and was told it would not take more than 4 weeks to have it done. Anton kept on ignoring my calls and messages. I had to go back to Oneflare to seek assistance as I thought I had lost my money. I gave Anton a second chance to do the work after Oneflare came to help me. This time he built the pergola but while building it Anton broke one of the windows. Anton paid for it and asked me not to pay him anymore until he builds the pergola and gives me the permit. Then, one day he said he was in urgent need of money and asked me to hold the permit money and pay him the rest. I paid him a little less than what he was asking for. After the next few days, he sent all sorts of abusive messages threatening and harassing me. I again went back to Oneflare who advised not to pay him anymore as he was unreliable and abusive. He said he would give me an invoice upon completion of the job but he hasn’t. Anton never gave me the permit and I am going to take a legal action against him.Werner S
