We have many repeat customers & in one case we had a customer who we did an extension for in Albert Park. The customer later moved to Sydney & was so happy with our work, she paid for us to travel to Sydney to carry out some renovations on her apartment.

We are a small family run business with an A1 record over the many years of operation. We use only a few regular trustworthy contractors. We are very reliable with our multi trade members. We rely much on repeat clients, so reliability & trustworthiness are very important to us.

For an accurate quotation we require plans, time frame, all dimensions, specifications, engineers reports, soil reports, restrictions, descriptions, plan amendments, etc.

If you have a good clear idea of what you intend to do. If you have relevant drawings for the works. If you have relevant permits if required. These can all save you money as they help us do our works in the most efficient manner reducing costs.
