Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes we are fully insured and can guarantee our work to a certain degree. There are many factors at play with concrete and some are out of our control. (Example) cracking plagues the concrete industry, however we try many different steps to prevent this from happening, but sometimes, cracks happen.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Through my childhood best friend, he is a 3rd generation concreter and we staryed with his dad. At the time it seemed like a good choice and I've never looked back.

All my customers are my favourite stories. So I cant single one out. Ive had great experience with so many people and many I still go back and check on to this day.

Meeting new people and trying to put a smile on there face. I like knowing that I can help people and not just take someones money.

Photos. Ask them exactly what experience they have. Ask to go and look at there work. When you spend thousands of dollars. You should know what your getting into. So many people get blinded into the sales pitch and go with the cheapest quote but dont go and look at there previous work.

How long will it take.? Every job is different and this can slow or hold up the process. Rain, could have plumbing issues or there maybe hold ups with the council. Even machinery breaks down. So we try to be on time everytime but things do happen and most people understand.

Because I'm passionate about the industry, and always strive to be a better person than I was the day before. I learn, i evolve. And the customer always comes first.

What they should do is check people's workmanship, ask questions, get quotes and if I tick all there boxes then hire me.

First and foremost, is a site inspection. Then we need to discuss exactly what it is you want to achieve.

1. Set a goal and try to stick to it. 2. Cheaper is not better, and it will always bite you in the long run. The money you saved now, will be the money you have to spend later. 3.book in leave a deposit, and as you save keep in touch. There is no time frame as to when you need to have it completed.

Each and every job is different, lots of things come into play. The degree of difficulty, time and materials sometimes access is tight so more is involved. However we always try to remain fair and competitive.

Basically anything to do with concrete. Although we are changing that each day. Every job is something different. And we are always improving.

I have been in the concrete and construction industry for 21 years I have worked in NSW and QLD and have lived in tasmania for 13 years. I have employed qualified carpenters, and have other licenced trades. That work with us to achieve your goal
