  Kidman Johnstone communicated really well until he commenced the work. Things went downhill from there. After he asked me to pay upfront to help him out he hasn’t returned to complete the work and has now moved away from the area. He is refusing to refund me for the work he has been paid for but hasn’t completed. Do not deal with this person or his business.

  I have a good experience with Kidman, he’s transparent in what he does. He also took extra mile in highlighting other issues seen during inspection and mostly he doesn’t do the job until customer approval. Highly recommended.

  took tiles from the property? would you care to digress? the broken ones? also, please let me know what excuses I used? I replaced more broken Tiles then quoted, water proofed the area of which you're referring to, and then gave you a quote for cost price of the extra tiles required in addition to the job. sorry you feel this way.
