Handy Works HQ Home & Garden Services " A business owner, over many years I have successfully performed various handyman tasks and garden maintenance to residential and commercial properties, prepared properties for pre-sale/rental, along with makeovers and light home renovations. I specialise in kitchen and bathroom makeovers/renovations, including tasks such as, applying fittings, painting, tiling and vinyl application, carpentry, plumbing, plastering, re-grouting etc. Pre-sale/rental makeovers, combining internal and external works will give your property a freshen up and add value. Garden makeovers, landscaping projects and maintenance are frequently performed; lawn mowing, trimming, weeding, hedge cutting and pruning. I have all the equipment required, including a trailer for green waste removal or hard waste/building materials. I do not attend to large tree or stump removal. I also perform ongoing property maintenance to body corporates and real estate agents, attending to gardens in common areas, stairwell cleaning and general handyman tasks. Other tasks include, demolition work, decking repair and oiling/staining, general handyman tasks/repairs, high pressure washing (paving, driveways etc), furniture assembly, commercial or residential. I take pride in seeing satisfied customers and building an ongoing customer base. I have a strong work ethic and attention to detail with quality service.
