  I agreed to property maintenance for $135 a month. They finally showed up, mowed the front lawn and left. It was a couple of days before the month was up, they hadn't been back to do anything and I was due to pay next $135. I told them not to bother. They didn't reply and haven't returned. I wouldn't bother with this company, there are more reliable people out there.
