  Kule used one damp rag to wipe over some things in the property and then left the damp rag on the tv unit once he had finished. He didn’t clean the windows, the doors, the walls or any of the fans. He simply wiped the outside of the cupboards with this dirty damp rag and left them to dry streaked. Kule may or may not have steam cleaned the carpet, it was just wet and didn’t smell clean at all. When we called kule and sent him photos of the dirt and dust everywhere he hung up the phone and text saying that if we won’t pay him then god will. We have tried to contact him numerous times to redo the job or at least show us the invoice because we have no time to book another cleaner and we need the steam clean invoice to get our bond back but he won’t answer us!! He should not be in business and this is a complete breach, do not use his “company” it is a scam.
