Very expensive, Matt the sales man will underquote you, and then hit you up for more money a day before the job is to start. The quote is unrelaible. This company has no Pride in their work. Rush the job, did NOT complete job and has ZERO after service. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE of fixing up the mess and incomplete job Landcare Prop Main will leave at your place17 Jan 2022
We are very sorry that you feel this way. Matt is one of our most experienced estimators and has plenty of satisfied clients. The initial agreement & scope of works was for the supply & installation of artificial grass only. You asked us if we could lay a concrete footing for your existing ‘unfinished’ pool fence to which we advised that we are not a licensed or accredited pool fence installer and recommended you seek a specialised contractor to complete these works prior to installation of the artificial turf. Shortly before installation you advised us that you were unable to find anyone willing to pour the footing as nobody wanted to come out for a ‘small job’ so we agreed to do it for you at short notice and to help you out of goodwill given it needed to be completed prior to the lawn installation. In order to provide access and complete the works your temporary steel fencing had to be removed. At no stage was it ever discussed or promised that we would also be re-installing or re-instating your existing pool fence. We left the temporary fencing off so you could arrange to re-install your pool fence as it was your responsibility. Upon dissatisfaction you refused to pay the final balance for the agreed & completed works as per the contract. Despite it not being the responsibility of Landcare we offered to ‘drill’ the holes for you to complete your fence yourself to which you agreed however as our availability (mind you during our busiest period in the leadup to Christmas) did not suit your timeframe, you instead arranged through your bank to process a chargeback for the final balance owing for the artificial lawn which had already been completed. Landcare has completed all of the works as per the contract of sale that you agreed to. We did our best to assist you in this circumstance however we cannot be held liable for pre-existing issues that are your responsibility and so your review is untrue and unreasonable.Michael
