Quatro Constructions is a family owned and run company by Michael Dolly. With over thirty years experience in the building industry we pride ourselves on understanding what is important for our clients and providing them with the best and latest options possible to meet their varied budgets. Our wealth of knowledge amassed over the years comes from being involved in commercial projects such as The Queen Victoria Building, Elizabeth Bay House, The Commonwealth Bank Building restoration, town house developments, a wine factory in Japan, child care centres, church renovations, individual new homes, renovations and extensions. With a background in restoration work, a keen eye for detailing and quality is an integral part of this company. We realize that to each of our clients no matter how large or small the job is, it is an important part of their lives and dreams. Our aim is to ensure that clients can feel comfortable with communication throughout the job and at any time approach us. We know that for many clients building/renovating can be very stressful but here at Quatro Constructions our clients experience a friendly atmosphere. This is achieved by having subcontractors that we can trust and many of them have worked with us now for at least ten years, thus providing us with the quality of work and continuity that we desire and expect. We also understand how frustrating it can be waiting for trades people to arrive and believe it is important and necessary to be in contact with clients regularly if unavoidable changes occur as we also know how precious and important time is to our clients. Our major goals are to complete projects in a very professional manner with little or minimal disruptions to the clients.
