Be sure that the budget you have in mind matches the work at hand; there must be clear instruction eg plans/ documents so that all contractors understand what they are pricing; the chosen contractor has the qualification and experience in what they are pricing

Price is always based on what the client has requested, and the quality in the work does not change and as a small business my over heads are very small , so every one saves at the end
