We carry Home Warranty Insurance for work over $20 k, Contract Works, Public Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance. We guarantee all work no matter the size.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I developed a love for building things at school and it just followed on from there. Much later the mundane type of work developed into more difficult work. I find this much more enjoyable as it test and keeps my interest in building growing.

Interestingly, as a consequence of the difficult work we do, all customers seem to have a story. I particularly like the story of one client who started to dig a cellar under this house. Unfortunate he did not know where to stop. $250k later we were able to save his house from collapse.

We have been in business under the one name and same licence number for 30 years. We have many refereces and can show works previously completed. We have an unblemished Builders Licence.

We have over 30 Years of experience in difficult and awkward construction. We have qualified Clerk of Works, Engineers and Draftsmen as associates to help with a complete package in dealing with any type of building construction. We can gain approvals through council / certifiers and construct.

Do you have Architectural and or Structural Plans for us to take away. What is your budget . A "ball park" figure will do. Do you have a plan to account for the disruptive nature of the work during construction.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1) Paying money for council approval on plans that are way over budget. A quick internet search will reveal what the building costs are per sqm. 2) From this search tell the Architect or Designer the sqm meter area area you want to build. 3) Advise the designer to strictly keep within this area.

The company is structured into 3 divisions, residential Design and Construction, Consultancy and difficult work.The "difficult work" team deals with underpinning, jacking up buildings, and any associated steel, lintel, crack repair and restoration work. The construction team then takes over.
