Right from the beginning Ibi was the consummate professional, gave me an all inclusive quote and was extremely down to earth and friendly. On the day he and his partner were extremely friendly, polite, kind and patient. We were not as prepared as we should have been and we had two small kids underfoot. This didn’t phase the boys at all, they were friendly and kind to our kids and aside from asking if we needed more time, they proceeded with the utmost care for the items being moved. At the other end they unloaded with no fuss and shared great conversation and jokes and did the whole job with smiles and great spirits.
