  I would make the following points regards working with Ian Morrissey Builder 1. Ian was very honest right from the beginning and as a result we got a good and practical result for our new bathroom on the end of our pergola 2. Ian gave excellent advise for both our new bathroom and safety modifications to our pergola 3. He would turn up when he said he would and he and his team worked very hard throughout the day 4. Quality and finish to work was good, this was especially important as it was modifying an existing structure so there were quite a number of tricky parts 5. There were five(5) Council inspections and there were no problems which I think speaks volumes for Ian's knowledge and workmanship 6. I would have no hesitation in both employing Ian again or recommending him, in fact I would be more than happy for any person thinking of employing Ian to visit me and see first hand the great job he did. I wish Ian and his team well in any future work regards Alun
