  Had my new alarm system setup and installed by Daniel and Tyler on Sunday the 18th January 2015. Overall, the alarm system is simple to use but most importantly, the installers provided fantastic customer service and are both knowledgeable, informative and friendly. The price of the alarm system was within my budget too. Thanks to both Daniel and Tyler as I would not hesitate using them again and recommending them to other.

  Came to look at my repair on the decking, and was helpful. John the worker did a great job and although took a little longer than I expected, made sure everything was 100%, Am very happy with the end result and cost, they made sure it was completed right with the right materials.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  Working for larger security companies and electrical contractors we saw a potential to create a personal level of service and honest business where the customers needs are fulfilled as economically and efficiently as possible.

• Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

  A client with multiple wedding reception venues was having staffing issues and required an overnight solution for CCTV to monitor tills and stocks. We were engaged during the day to inspect the venue and the clients needs, and that night after the lunchtime wedding had finished at 5pm, put together a team and installed a full 16 camera system by the early hours that same night / morning.
