  My name is Carolina and I requested a quote with you guys a couple of months in regards to a cleaning lady for my house. I ended up getting JOJO cleaning services. I asked her to start working from 9 and the first day and she was late, which made me late for work. I lent her a set of my keys so she could close up my home when finished and then I went to work. She finished the hours but she left a wash in the washing machine and left clothes on the line, which I later had to do, even though I don’t really have the time to do it and that’s why I wanted a cleaner. The next fortnight, I was waiting for her to come at 9 again like I arranged with her and she didn’t even bother coming, she didn’t text me to tell me that she was coming late. I contacted her at around 9.30 to ask her what was happening and she told me that she would be there at 11 which is not what I agreed with her. I needed her to get her by 9 cause I needed her to do some specific chores around the house. I was not happy with that and I asked her not to bother coming anymore and to return my keys for me as soon as possible. I asked her to put my keys inside the letter box, so that I could have back my keys. She kept making excuses as to why she didn’t do what I asked her to do. I told her just to give me back my keys and to text me when she had. When I come home from work and went straight to my letter box, the keys were not there, even though she had texted me earlier in the day to tell me that she had dropped them in the letter box. I called her again several times and asked her to please drop the keys as soon as possible and she kept telling me that she had, but to this day I still don’t have my spare keys and I don’t know what she did with them. I still need a cleaner but I am bit hesitant of going for one after what has occurred.
