Yes we are fully insured with Public Liability Insurance and Work Cover Insurance.  Yes we guarantee our work and the duration depends on the type of works completed.

- A clear Scope of Works with what needs to be done. - Paying the 30% deposit prior to works commencing. - Intention to pay the outstanding balance within the 7 day payment terms and conditions.

We are able to successfully streamline our business therefore reducing the overheads which in turn is a saving passed onto our clients.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We charge via electronic invoices to the client directly once the works are completed and using EFTPOS which can be paid over the phone or in person once the works are completed.  Our policy clearly states that all outstanding invoices are due within 7 days of the dated invoice.
