We are insured and we guarantee our work, we also will advise you if we think that a surface may not come clean due to staining or previous damage.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Accepted Answer

I worked for a cleaning manufacturing company for nearly ten years. I have a strong background in cleaning products, thats helped me selecting what product should be used for various surfaces, ensuring no risk or damage to customers property.  I wanted to work part time after having my children, so I started cleaning peoples homes. I had a large demand for my services, that I decided to expand. We now have our cleaning products made especially for us, we dont want to be like every other cleaning company. I also noticed over the past few years, customer service has dropped, and when it comes to the hygiene of your home or workplace, you need firstly an excellent job done, and a company that is totally professional to deal with.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

We had a once off clean in a large warehouse. The manager was sure that the company would have to replace seven toilets and five basins. They were shocked when they saw the toilet block, they could not believe how clean it was and smelling fresh. We saved the company  thousands. Its times like that, that makes up happy, we know we do an outstanding job, and at thesame time we are saving companies money.

What do you like most about your job?

We love seeing a dirty surface cleaned and deodorised. We see the results before us. I love that my staff are trained to my high standards. No day is the same, we work in different areas, and meet many people.  I love leaving a property that is clean, and i know that the person or people appreciate our services.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

I would ask if they have insurance, are staff fully trained. Before signing a contract, ask for a trial period. Always make sure the person does supply a tax invoice for services. Find out if you are paying an hourly rate or a locked in quote. If you are paying hourly, you should ask for an estimate of how many hours required, and what would be the maxium they will charge.

Most customers tell me about a bad experience they had with their previous cleaner, then I tell them what services we offer, adn how we are different. We wont lock you into a contract, without a trial period.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

We are a growing company, we pride ourselves in our work, we are honest and reliable. I have a strong background in cleaning products, we have had products made especially for a job. We had to get permanent marker off a laminex kitchen, dishwasher and oven, we had the product formulated for us the same day, customer was thrilled (she was getting her bond back) and the landlord had no idea, that a 2 year old child had decorated the kitchen.

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

We clean your home or workplace as if it was our own. We dont like dusty, sticky, soiled, or smelly surfaces, so neither will you.  Our staff are fully trained, and screened. We provide staff with a cleaning task checklist, that ensures nothing is missed. We clean areas that other cleaners forget, example light fittings and powerpoints. We dont lock you into a contract, without you having a trial period. We also offer an option of having photo's taken prior to work commencing and after the work is complete, this is very handy if its a end of lease.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We need to know what we are cleaning and the location. The more information you can provide, the easier it is for us to give a correct quote. Some quotes need to be done in person, especially commercial properties and hoarders cleans.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Accepted Answer

1) Steam cleaning, if the floor is already vacuumed the cleaner will charge less, as you need the floor to bedust free for best results. 2) Avoid leaving toys, clothing, food  and plates on the floor, as the cleaner spends alot of timetidying up, when they could be cleaning your surfaces. 3) Firdges: Throw away fruit and vegies that are no longer fresh, before they get mouldy. Cleaning a mouldy fridge can take upto an hour.

When you hire our staff, we know that you will not need to call another cleaner out, after us leaving. We ensure you are satisfied. We are honest, and can tell you if we dont think a stain or surface can be cleaned.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

We prefer to charge per hour for homes, offices, and other commercial properties. Spring cleaning and end of lease are charged, based on the average size of rooms, and amount of rooms. Prices will also vary if end of lease or spring clean requires steam cleaning, and how many rooms need to be steam cleaned.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We specialise in end of lease, spring cleaning, warehouse vacates, and hoarders clean outs.  Hoarders clean outs, are homes that generally belong/ed to people that have collected many items over the decades. These homes generally require many bins, and days of throwing away rubbish before the actual cleaning commences. This is a specialised area, and we have a team of fully trained staff always on hand for this type of work.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

We hire staff that we screen, to ensure our safety adn yours. All our staff a fully trained, they know what product/s to use to clean various surfaces. They are OH&S trained, all staff a trained by myself, and once I am sure they are aware of our strict procedures then I will team them up with another member of trained staff.
