Frequently asked questions

  • What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

In order to seek the right service professional, the first couple of questions must be in relation to the tradesman themselves (ie qualifications, punctuality, work ethic, work quality) and their business (Valid ABN, BSA, insurance etc). By knowing this, atleast the customer can feel confident in knowing that they are in qualified and insured hands and the risk of a dreaded dodgy tradesman is virtually eliminated. Ask if the service provider has examples of previous works or even a happy customer that is willing to provide feedback about work that they have had carried out. This again in turn, will give the customer profound confidence in the tradesman they are looking at hiring. From the above two simple and quick questions; it provides the customer with an idea/insight into the tradesmans nature and skills therefore giving the customer a solid gut instinct to base a hiring decision on.
