Job Description: The problems initially began 2 days ago when I tried to play league of legends. When I got into a game, I received the BSOD with "what failed: vgk.sys" as the error message. (It seems like this is linked to "vanguard", the kernel-level anticheat the game uses). The same BSOD also occurred when trying to uninstall the program. I then attempted to completely factory reset the PC, as the diagnostic I received from League of Legends support suggested my PC may be cluttered. Upon trying to set up, it seemed the drives were set up, but at some point installing windows, the PC starting 'restarting' (my peripherals starting lighting up every ~15secs and the monitor was connecting and reconnecting but showing only a black screen). After approx. 5 hours, I turned the PC off and back on again. At this point, it just looked like standard setting up windows for the first time (thought everything worked). I redownloaded league of legends to see if the problem was fixed, and then updated windows. Windows said it needed a restart, so I pressed the button. Now im receiving the error message shown in photos. Optimally, i would like: - the problem diagnosed - windows fully installed, with capability to upgrade to windows 11. - if possible, the ability to play league of legends without BSOD or PC restart. - the inside of my PC pretty dusty and im not confident cleaning it with all that going on already.
