2 missed appointments for a sick child, an hour late for the 3rd and not enough time for a deep clean. arrived 1/4 hour late for 4th attempt. did deep clean as asked and then vacuum cleaner broke down so had to finish with my stick vacuum. I have rebooked him for a standard clean 2 weeks from 1st appointment.

Anica called me after receiving my detailed job description email both promptly & positively. After discussing the preferred time for my weekly 2hr home cleaning services required she arrived right on time with a smile ready to work. In the past months I've gone through 2 cleaners from the same company, 1st young 24yo left after 3 mths, resigned due to full time studies. The next 24yo as well did not have the attention to detail I'm accustomed to & I was required to remind her too many times of the incomplete & rough jobs... Such as cleaning general work surfaces & back splash to Emptying vacuum & cleaning behind toilet bowl. There were no time management for each job in place & there wasn't the care in my possessions I hoped for. I only have a small Apt which 2hrs can easily be completed if the experience & pride taken in the cleaning. I did not have favorable experience from the prior business owner when I called after she broke my stick vacuum when she forced it back together after emptying it, she had forced it so hard back, it now won't come out or turn on fully. We both tried to unjam the DustBuster without success. I called the boss as this needed repair or at least share the cost in replace but discussion turned to the boss saying her girl didn't think she was that hard in forcing the vacuum together & instead offered me another staff member instead. I opted to find another reliable Cleaning Business. As the 12 mth warranty has just expired & the boss has no liability insurance, I needed to replace it myself prior to Anica from That's Gecko starting. Anica is slightly older & she has the care & the attention to detail just as I would expect from someone in the home cleaning business. I am house proud & a clean freak & prior to my accident would clean my place immaculately. I am very happy with my choice in Anica - her own business, That's Gecko, she shows experience in the duties required for my place. I appreciate her approach in cleaning my place & would recommend her highly, this is an on-going job & it's only been the 1st week but it was as if I'd cleaned it myself.
