Job Description: Oil back deck and batten screens so I don't have to do it: 1. Prepare surface and oil deck with 2 coats of Intergrain heavy duty decking oil following manufacturer's instructions - deck area approx 44.5m^2 - refer attached plan; 2. Remove timber batten screens (three of), prepare surface and oil with 2 coats of Intergrain heavy duty decking oil - approx combined area of screens - 22m^2 - the screens will need to be removed in order for both sides to be prepared and painted and then reinstate screens; 3. Deck is to be prepared and painted in two stages to allow deck furniture to remain on one half of the deck during painting. 4. Downstairs area is to be protected from any oil dripping onto pavers below; 5. Intergrain decking oil will be provided but all other items required for preparation, painting, cleaning etc need to be provided by the painter please. 6. Oiling to be of high quality finish, example photos of previous jobs to be provided. 7. Ideally, the job will be completed over a 3 day period, so I can get my dog & family out of the house for this period. 8. Power outlets are provided on the deck. 9. Site to be kept in tidy condition as access is through the main house.
