Vasile and Daniel from Kevin Removals both turned up right on the time that was booked and were fantastic from the minute they walked in the door. Their ability to pack everything into the truck so compacted and wrapped in blankets etc re - assured us that we had made the right decision. They worked extremely hard and didn't stop or even slow down at all. They made our move a breeze and we certainly couldn't have done it without them. We moved from a large home to a much smaller one, and they even gave us advice at the new home of where things could go. They did everything quickly to save us money but safety was always first priority for them. When we move again they will be the first people we book. Cannot recommend this company enough. Communication from the booking and follow ups until the day they arrived was first class. I can't speak highly enough of Best Quote Removals. The guys worked hard and did a great job. They were friendly, very polite and good with the kids. What really stood out though was that we had an accident. A large chest of drawers slid off the trolley late in the day and smashed a lead stained glass window in the front door. Accidents happen. The guys took a photo of it and the piece of glass with them to match it. During the week I got a call from head office who were organising quotes and then someone came out to fix it. I spoke to the director Kevin on the phone during this process. He was professional and friendly. Seriously - I can't fault them. The rate was competitive, the work was done well and - most importantly, when something went wrong they fixed it quickly and without stalling or complaint.
