  The whole job had to be dismantled and re-done by competant tradesmen. The job was condemned by a building inspector and the w.a. building commission ordered Affectroof to repay the entire amount.This has not happened.Would recommend you remove this business from your website.

  They contacted me promptly, came to view the job in a timely manner, measured up for the job and left promising to get back to me once they had worked out how to do the job and what materials would be required. Failed in customer service and communication. Cannot comment on value as I did not hear from them again. Would not recommend if you require a timely job undertaken.

  This business was contracted to complete roofing job within a one week period. After five weeks of constant delays (including attending two funerals, damage to materials from suppliers, illness to owner of supply company, personal illness, a motor vehicle accident involving son, and owner attending Court) I still did not receive the materials I had paid a deposit for and the roofing job was not completed. I would not recommend this business to anyone if you are seeking a quality job completed on time.

  Dave from Affectroofing contacted me via Oneflare to say he would have a look at the property and quote. He never ended up doing this even after many calls to him asking if he was still planning to give me a quote. After a few days I gave up and found someone else. At least 3 times he told me he was going to the property and did not show so I think he is very unreliable !! I would not refer him to others.

  Your tenant would not work in with any times and was only giving me a 15 minute time frame 330 to 345 when ever I tried to contact them it when to voice mail
