Unfortunately, I have not got a good review. From the original quote of $30/hr x 2 hrs =$60, INCLUDING 2 cleaners, I was then informed it was a "miscommunication" (even though I had asked for confirmation of price, and if it was for 2 cleaners) and that the actual cost was $30 PER PERSON per hour, thus $120 and not $60 as quoted. There was also the fact that on the initial day booked at 5pm, the cleaner was unable to attend as wasn't leaving her "job" till 5pm - reasonable excuse, but don't book to arrive at 5pm if this was not possible. We then rescheduled to another date and time, however, after waiting over 1 hour, without contact nor explanation, the cleaners failed to arrive and so I cancelled the booking.Erin M
