How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I personally started cleaning as a part time way of earning extra money i had a young family in the mid seventies and slowly but surely the cleaning industry took over me, i had promotions and moved up the ranks in the industry and started supervising and training new cleaners and controlling large sites of up to 30 cleaners or more Area management was next and i found myself in the Brisbane CBD working out of the comalco building, after another 8 years in the city i was offered a redundancy i couldn't refuse so with the help of my former boss great man he was i started my own business and the rest is history.

A favourite customer story of mine is a client i started cleaning for back in 2009 basically when i started up! he started a electrical company, a small operation but over the past 5 years he has increased in size and now has three premises, and i have been able to grow and maintain all his premises its customer relationships like this that inspire you to have a go and do the best service you can.

i personally get a great deal of satisfaction from turning things that are dirty and neglected and making them look like new again. Since running the business I've meet some great people and have made new business and customer relationships a long the way. I feel great when a client is happy with my company and the work we perform.

our pricing is very competitive due to our low overheads in running the business, we also buy our products in bulk which cuts done on the costs to our customers. We also keep a very close eye on our competitors rates in the industry and will match or beat anyones quote

we come to our clients free of charge and quote the works required of us, we do not have a fixed hourly rate as all jobs are different in our industry. We've found that this works out better for our customers price wise and saves them money if its a job that only one staff member is required it cuts costs for the client.

I have been a mentor for cleaning staff in work shop classes at griffith university in the passed. chemical handling and control certificate achieved, Water efficiency operator qualified, supervision of staff experience. Clients i have worked for in the cleaning industry, Griffith university, Queensland newspaper, Government centre qld, and more.
