We currently have  10 Million Public Liability Insurance WorkSafe Victoria Insurance  We guarantee home repairs for 30 days, should there be any issues and we will be happy to help.

Everyday is different, we get to meet a variety of people and there is nothing better than a smile on a customers face once their job has been completed successfully.

Simply what is your experience, with this sort of task.  If they cannot answer, that question with honesty, don't even bother calling them back to do the job. It's not worth saving $50 now and spending $250 later fixing the problems with faulty workmanship.

How can I make my place look better?  Simply I respond with regular maintenance and installing relevant plants to your landscape. Being consistent is the best policy.

The approximate timeframe they require the job to be completed in. Specific tasks that they require completed. Access times, so we can book the job in for a mutually suitable time

1. Give a clear outline of the job you are wanting done. 2. Ensure the property is accessible when we come to a quote or the job 3. Ensure you have the payment ready for the completion of the job, as late fees are charged for overdue accounts.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We are highly competitive as we use a variety of trade suppliers who offer us to competitive pricing, which essentially allows us to pass this onto you, our customers.  We are a family owned and operated business, which allows high quality work to be completed.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

We work on an hourly rate of $50 per hour.  When excessive green waste is involved we usually charge $100 per trailer, which holds approximately 3 cubic metres.  Home maintenance, for instance adjusting a door, instigates a minimum charge of $40, which includes the first 30 minutes of work, after the first 30 minutes we charge the standard hourly rate.

We specialise in garden maintenance, mowing, landscaping, and general home maintenance. If we can't do it, we know someone who does and can get the job done right!

We are experienced in both commercial and domestic garden maintenance, landscaping and general maintenance. Currently we are responsible for the gardens at Watergardens Hotel.
