How did you decide to get into your line of work?

My love for the outdoors and the want to influence urban environments to make our city a much better place for us to live. I grew up in a small country town with the marvellous experiences of the wide open spaces and nature and i needed to help bring nature to people in the city, one garden at a time

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

A poor lady had been rejected by over 16 different landscapers due to the difficulty of her project. Her garden made the jungles of the world look like open paddocks and her sloping front yard was slipping towards the road. Never to hide from a challenge my team & i went in and cleared out all the spikey, thorny & overgrown plants creating space then to re-enforce the sloping embankment with a large retaining wall and finally creating a new raised paved area which overlooked brand new gardens and plants. It to this day has been the biggest challenge i've had.

The creation of a brand new environment that a client can live in. The chance to help with saving water through correct reticulation The ability to create a sensory garden that invigorates a person to want to be outside The chance to make someones outdoors into another room of their home. My passion and excitment for artistic design and flare  with all garden makeovers

A customer that knows what they are looking for in their garden is a successful customer. They already have a vision of their design and it is easy to adjust or assist their ideas. A relative budget amount Access availability (great access means cheaper labour costs) An understanding that Landscaping adds value to ones home, lifestyle & senses and needs to be invested well.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

-Perform all the siteworks themselves -Create a map of any reticulation, solenoids, valves & sprinklers  -hire a skip bin that is larger than we need and use it to clear out any household rubbish as well. -Remove any old pavers, slabs, rocks etc

KRP Landscapes will always create your project with the highest level of quality and will never ever use inferior products or techniques. KRP Landscapes only ever wants to create a project correctly and we never cut corners. If a clients wants corners cut then KRP Landscapes will not take on the Project. We have quality standards that go beyond cheap, because you can't skimp on the environment

We must come and view the area for your project and have to measure/scope each individual detail to get a clear estimate! This is where we will offer advise, make suggestions, create & contemplate any ideas for you so we can achieve your project goal.
