  Regrettably my experience with NRCprojects have proven to be the worst experience I have ever had with any tradesperson in the last 32 years. On the 12 December 2017 I was quoted, "That's including all materials bud" for the relaying of pavers due to a drainage repair. The area was approx 4 X 1 meters, Pavers supplied by me. The quote was for $650 and was claimed to be completed less in less than 5 hrs. I had grave concerns when I noticed there was very little actual sand bedding for the pavers, just several bags of cement mixed in with the existing decorative river stones from the side of the footpath. When asked why this was occuring? The answer was "they are pretty c**p rocks anyway and this is a better way as the pavers won't move" I was assured that the rocks would be replaced . Additionally, the job wasn't finished, there were 2 pavers left. It was agreed to finish the 2 x pavers and replace the stones at a later date. When that date came, there were no stones, as apparently West Gosford didn’t have any but the really big concern was there was concrete all over the tops of the pavers. I then asked why was this so? The reply was, "it just comes off, just a simple wipe off” I had my doubts about this so I stated I would not pay until the cement was removed as it was all over the place. A high pressure water machine was employed by NRCprojects and most of the cement came off along with surface parts of the pavers. After some discussion it was agreed that there was too much cement employed and the high water pressure was too destructive. But being a man of his word he would return and redo the paving, even offering to put in another row, for free, which I declined. In the matter of payment, his rent had to be paid so he was given cash, as requested. Next day, I was texted if I had the sand as I had purchased replacement pavers due to some of the sharp surfaces from the high pressure machine. I was surprised that even still, no materials would be supplied by NRCprojects and was told he had $10 in his wallet. I went to Bunnings and got the sand expecting him to be here at 2pm. He never arrived, has never answered numerous calls and text to date.
