Job Description: I would like someone to quote please to retile my kitchen splashback. It's ready to tile. The area is around 6SQM. The tiles are subway 150mm X 75mm. I would like the tiles grouted with grey grout and finished around the edges with grey silicone. I would also like an edge put on one end and at the top if possible on one edge. I would also like the extractor fan reinstalled - it's simple - just four screws. Happy to give a hand to hang the extractor as it's probably a 2 person job. If you would like to view the job first, I would prefer a Saturday but I can potentially do another day by arrangement.

Job Description: We require 1m wide pathway to the side of our investment house as shown on the sketch below (in red hatch). The overall length is to be confirmed on site, but based on my estimation, total area is around 14.5sqm. The pathway in front of the house is to be confirmed as we have a bit of landscape in this area. Please contact me to arrange site visit, preferably within this week or early next week.
