Job Description: Please quote an hourly rate (minimum of 4hrs, but may take longer) to do a range of household carpentry repairs, including: 1. Remove & replace 3 door handles (bathroom + 2 bedrooms). 2. Use a power saber saw to cut a hole (300 x 400) in a MDF panel within a cupboard. 3. Sand 3mm from the top of a door that is sticking. 4. Drill & screw 6m of 50mm rectangular tracking conduit to outside weatherboards (to hide cables). 5. Cut baseboards & add hinges to provide a small door access under the house. All materials will be provided or will pay for you to supply. You must have suitable power tools. Also while here, quote on installing sheet plaster to fill a gap (1600 x 260) above laundry cupboards.
