I am an insured business operator and all of my work is guaranteed. I believe that my job isn't finished until my client is happy.   I also provide a fortnight and monthly check up to ensure my client is satisfied.

One of my clients is an 80yr old pensioner who's husband had built a deck and railing which has since rotten out. Upon completion of the project, she claimed that her late husband would be impressed with how I handled her repair works

A morning coffee with my clients and seeing their idea's transform into reality. There is nothing better than a smiling client sharing their first drink on a new deck with you!

It is important to know what qualifications the trades person holds and gain information about their business. Also asking for a folio of works is a great way to see the quality of workmanship.

Most commonly, clients ask me about my rates and availability. My rates are set and depending on hourly rate or quoted job, my estimate is set in stone (should there be no major changes) and my availability is relatively quick, as I don't over book myself and leave clients high and dry.

Site Preparation- A client can ensure that the area of work is free of obstruction and easilly accessible.  Allow access to the property for a comprehensive quote & have a strong understanding of what they wish the finished project to be.

Being a local business, I pride myself upon supporting other local business. I have quality suppliers at "local pricing" which allows me to get the best quality stock at the best pricing.  My labour is at a great cost because I love doing what I do & seeing a happy client is my number one goal!

How do you normally charge for your service?

I can charge one of two ways, hourly rate with client supplied materials or can research, design and quote for a complete build - including materials and labour.  Which ever option suits my clients needs.

My specialities are Decking, Pergolas, Landscaping, Kitchen and Bathroom Renovations, Outdoor Entertainment Areas & general works around the house - from Decks to Doll Houses, I do it all.

Qualified as a carpenter and having worked in the Building and Construction industry for over 8 years in different roles, I have the ability to work across a multitude of trades & having operated my own business for the past 8 years understand the importance of offering a genuinely thorough service.
