Job Description: Need to replace existing veranda possibly move the steps

Job Description: We are undertaking a residential renovation that requires excavation and construction of a retaining wall approximately 30 metres in length, with wall heights ranging between 1.5 m and 2.0 m. The retaining wall will be constructed as part of a broader renovation and garage upgrade and will be located close to the existing house slab, so experience working near footings and existing structures is essential. Scope of works includes: Excavation of existing soil to form the wall footprint. Construction of a structural retaining wall suitable for heights up to 2.0 m. Wall system to be builder recommended and engineer approved (e.g. concrete sleeper, reinforced concrete, block, or anchored system). Supply and installation of engineered drainage, including agricultural pipe, gravel backfill, geofabric, and lawful discharge. Coordination with engineering drawings and compliance with all relevant Queensland building requirements. Construction in accordance with provided engineering drawings and specifications (engineering currently in progress).
